TJ is a board member of the Jeff Hill Legacy Fund and the surviving son of Captain Jeff Hill.
He is the oldest son of Jeff and Rachael and spent his younger childhood growing up around airplanes, 4-wheelers, campers, and snow machines in Alaska, most of which he associates with special times with his dad. In high school, he excelled in academics while participating in Football (he was even a captain on their MN State Championship team, Track and Field, Math League, Deca, National Honor Society, and played piano. He is currently attending The Ohio State University on an Air Force ROTC scholarship, majoring in Biochemistry. He is hoping to continue on to medical school after graduation, but if not, he is excited about potential Space Force opportunities.
TJ was only 5 years old when his dad died, but Jeff left an impact that no one can challenge. TJ has grown up hearing stories of the amazing things his dad did, which created an incredible sense of pride and admiration. He has always wanted to be part of the Jeff Hill Legacy Fund and asked to attend meetings from the very beginning, so he is excited to now serve in an official capacity. He is humbled to be able to help keep his dad’s memory alive in a way Jeff would have been proud of.
